On the upper floor the B&B is situated. The traditional Swedish style in the rooms make you feel welcome.

De B&B is gehuisvest op de bovenverdieping. De kamers ademen een traditionele zweedse sfeer uit, waarin u zich ongetwijfeld thuis zult voelen.

Surroundings:
A 5 minutes’ walk behind the schoolhouse you will find a lake with a little sand beach and bathing possibility.
In Ishult village is a bigger (more open) bathing place at the lake (2 minutes by car) .
In Kristdala (12 km) you will find a supermarket, in case you like to cook yourself !
A moose park is about 20 km away.
The coastal area is about 20 km west from here, there you find a very beautiful sand beach, called Dragskär.
In Oskarshamn you can visit Gunnarsö camping to take a swim , or play midget golf, a mini golf course which is very attractive for children. There is a nice little restaurant there were you can enjoy lunch or dinner with a view on the sea.
Västervik is a very nice little town at the coast ( 50 km away).
The world of Astrid Lindgren ( Pippi Longstocking) in Vimmerby is great for children. (40 km away)
How to arrive:
Ishult is about 35 km north/east of Oskarshamn
Driving on the E22 you take the exit Vimmerby / Ishult. You drive about 13 km, then you see the road sign “Tingshus” on the left side (a white sign with black letters).
The "Ishult Gamla Skolan B&B" is situated next to the “Tingshus”
